Author Message cracked Joined: 05 Feb 2007 Posts: 2 Decoding from .WAV or .MP3? I'm not having any luck decoding MDC1200 from .WAV or .MP3 recordings. I'm setting my PC recording source to "Mono Mix" and I've tried all manner of volume settings between the Windows volume control, "Mono Mix" volume, and the play back client (Audacity) volume. I've tried .WAV recordings at 44.1kHz sample rate, and .MP3 recordings at 192kbps bitrate / 44.1kHz sample rate. My recordings are not distorted/clipped and the signals were not noisy. I've also tried physically looping the PC headphone output to the microphone input (changing the recording source to microphone, of course) with no luck. Suggestions?
